We are a "results oriented" eLearning company delivering high-impact, high-return learning experiences. We have over 15 years of experience exploring eLearning, creating innovative solutions, and sharing our experiences.
What sets us apart is the quality of our people, their character and commitment to creating effective and innovative eLearning strategies. We are motivated by energy, passion, and creativity - incorporating integrity, efficiency, and accountability - holding ourselves to the highest standards.
To explore eLearning innovation, create high-impact solutions and share in our experiences.
The principles that are central to accomplishing our mission include:
The last time I wrote a “From the CEO” letter was four years ago in 2004. We had just moved into a new office space…we changed the name and logo of the company…it was the rebirth of echoEleven. I vividly remember signing the lease and thinking four years was a really long time. And now, here I sit with the same thoughts writing this letter the day after signing a new lease that will take echoEleven 6 more years down the road.
Time flies by and years can sometimes feel like minutes. Taking the time to reflect on accomplishments and how those experiences can catapult dreams into reality helps me put a little perspective on it all.
In my last letter I wrote…”Led by Scott Talsma, our CTO, we are building, from the ground up, a revolutionary eLearning technology that is going to forever change eLearning. Several of our clients have already experienced the value of our product…and we have just scratched the surface of our DREAM. Keep your eye out for echoLearning™!”
Not only have we launched echoLearning, we have created a second product called Podium that we will be launching in January 2009. echoEleven is rapidly growing into a solid software development company creating products that are forever changing eLearning. echoEleven started in 1998 as a collaborative partner to our clients providing custom development and consulting services. In 2001 we added the authorized training component and became a trusted advisor to our clients. Now as we focus more on software development, we are able to more fully support our clients by being a trusted advisor, a collaborative partner, and now a technology enabler.
Of course we can only take partial credit for all that we have accomplished. Without the continued support and business of our clients and partners, we would not be able continue our impact on the eLearning world.
So, what will we accomplish in the next 6 years? We’ve laid a solid foundation for ALS (pronounced Alice) our Adaptive Learning System…I fully expect to see her come alive and astound all of us with her beauty! As the world becomes more mobile and distinctions between electronic devices become more blurred, our Intelligent Asset Delivery system will have fertile ground for growth! It’s impossible to know exactly what will happen in the future, but reflection on our accomplishments helps drive our dreams to reality!
