As Chief Information Technology Officer, Scott directs and oversees all technology aspects for echo11media, inc., a full-service custom eLearning development and Adobe Authorized Training company.
Scott's expertise includes information technology systems design, software development, Internet and database architecture and Web Applications/Hosting. He is an Adobe ColdFusion instructor, and has developed and consulted extensively using Macromedia Director and ColdFusion as application development platforms. He has also taught Computer Science at the university level.
He has extensive experience in content management system development and administration, database development, Windows and Linux administration, ColdFusion, C/C++ and Macromedia Director.
Prior to joining echo•eleven, Scott led and managed Web application development and CMS projects with team in medias, GmbH, an Internet and multimedia agency in Aachen, Germany. In that role, he directed a team of software developers implementing Internet and extranet applications.
He was a Software Test Engineer at Microsoft, Inc.
He holds Bachelor's of Science degrees in Computer Science and Interdisciplinary Studies, and has done Master's studies in Computer Science at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, where he was an Instructor in Computer Science. He is also fluent in German.
