Steve is the President, CEO and founder of echo11media, inc., a full-service custom eLearning development and Macromedia Authorized Training company.
Steve's in-depth knowledge and mastery of eLearning techniques and tools enables him to guide echo•eleven's development and deployment of highly effective eLearning solutions with clients and partners including AT&T Wireless, Solvay Pharmaceuticals, First Union Bank, BellSouth, Arch Wireless, SYNAVANT and Steck-Vaughn.
His recognized expertise, the product of over 16 years of technical training development and delivery experience, comprises a unique combination of multimedia design and development, instructor-led training design and delivery, business management, organizational and personnel leadership, and project management.
Steve is also a Macromedia certified Authorware instructor and expert, and has instructed professionals from organizations such as Coca-Cola, Westinghouse and Boeing.
Prior to forming echo•eleven, Steve was with Coca-Cola USA's Electronic Communications Group. His accomplishments included project management and programming of an eight-hour multimedia CD-ROM resource tool, and contributing to the programming of corporate Intranet sites.
He previously founded and led INTERAX, Inc., which specialized in the design and development of multimedia training products. INTERAX clients included The U.S. Department of Defense, Industrial Training Corporation (ITC), Loral Aerospace Corporation, UP Incorporated, South Carolina Electric and Gas, XEROX and Mobil Oil.
Steve's professional path commenced in a career with the U.S. Air Force, during which he both received his technical training and honed those skills as a training instructor. He holds a degree in Electronic Systems Technology.
