Course Specialty: Advanced ColdFusion 8 and Flex 3

I come from an information technology systems design world, having worked a number of years in Germany, developing and implementing content management solutions in ColdFusion and other languages. I have been using ColdFusion since version 4.0, and have watched it grow and mature into the current version. Since the release of Flash Remoting, I have been integrating ColdFusion Web Services with Flash clients, creating rich user interfaces, without having to sacrifice the power of database access.  I also teach Flex 3 as this is an important development tool we use at echo·eleven.

My teaching experience is not limited to echo·eleven; I have taught C++ at the University level; I have also trained and directed a team of software developers, and provided Macromedia Director training and consulting services.

I look forward to teaching you how to develop robust applications, and to supporting you as you become a web application developer.
